It really thrills me to meet these sweet little babies during their first few weeks of life. Each baby is so different and perfect in its own ways. And little Bentley had the most beautiful, creamy skin, and she was very chill and relaxed for me. Her parents opted for my Full Newborn Session package, and we included family photos for them. They’re such a beautiful family of three, and I was so happy to capture their first family portrait!

This next little guy is the very adorable baby Kauis, who had his Raleigh newborn photography session done when he was 17 days young! Kaius was an absolute angel for his session. Super sleepy, and posed so perfectly for me! The very first setup I did with him was of him in the bucket, and it was my favorite of the session. He was sound asleep when he arrived and it worked perfectly. He looked so good in the blues and creams that I put him in… I mean, I’m just dying over this cuteness! He was perfect – from that glorious head of hair to his perfect teeny little toes. This session was probably one of my favorites of all of 2021. He was so amazing!

And because I’ve had a lot of questions lately about COVID precautions, I’d love to fill you in on what I do in my studio to keep babies and their families safe from COVID. I’m fully vaccinated and boosted and take the health of my tiny clients seriously. In between each session, my studio gets fully sanitized. My props are disinfected, my camera and work area are cleaned, as is the seating area where parents hang out during sessions. The first thing I do before touching a baby is to sanitize my hands, and I do it frequently throughout each session. I also wear a mask to protect my tiny clients from germs. I got to meet handsome little Oliver in my Wake Forest baby photo studio back in October. He came in for his newborn mini session when he was just eight days old. He was a precious little peanut! His mom and dad came loaded with prop ideas for things they were passionate about. We did a cute little Harry Potter setup for Oliver. And we also worked in a baseball and some little baseball bats with baby Oliver as well. There was a lot of cuteness happening! 🙂 Baby Oliver gave a lot of precious smiles too! Wake Forest Newborn Portraits | Baby Logan

Oh what a sweet baby boy I have to share on my blog today! This is Logan, and I was so thrilled to be taking his Wake Forest newborn portraits. Little Logan was just eight days old when I met him for his first portraits. I was so happy that his Mom and Dad hired me to capture Logan at this tiny little stage. It goes by so fast, and they grow and change so quickly! It’s so important to capture them when they’re this tiny so you never forget how delicate and small they were. Mr. Logan was chill and cooperative, and I really loved cuddling him. His mom and dad requested a shot with their hands in for a portrait, and it turned out beautifully. Chapel Hill Baby Photographer | Baby Cali

Oh what a beautiful baby I have to share with you all today! I’m so glad this little girl’s parents chose me to be their Chapel Hill baby photographer. Baby Cali (isn’t that a sweet name?!) was eleven days new for her photography debut. Her big sister was also a newborn that I photographed about two years ago in my Wake Forest studio. I was so happy to see this gorgeous family again. They make the most beautiful baby girls! I don’t think there’s any arguing with that!

Baby Cali’s family opted for my Full Newborn Session so we could get a large variety of poses and setups during their newborn photo session. We also included sibling and family photos, which were absolutely priceless!

Wake Forest’s Best Newborn Photographer

This is beautiful baby London! Her family opted for a newborn mini session, which is posed photos of just the baby alone. The mini sessions are roughly an hour and allow for a few different poses on a blanket, as well as posing in a prop (or two). Of course, these sessions are customized to each individual client’s requests. Baby girl London’s mommy wanted a photo of London in one of my tiny baby beds, and she also brought crystals that she wanted to be used with one of my crowns – you’ll see that photo below. It was a special photo for London’s mom. We used lots of girly pinks and creams for London, and we got a great variety in the hour we were together. London was sleepy and happy for her session, and was just so beautiful! I loved meeting this sweet baby girl!

I’ve had such a busy summer, and I’m currently booking Raleigh newborn, maternity, and baby’s first-year photo sessions for fall and winter 2021. Durham Newborn Baby Photography

This ADORABLE baby girl is Aashi. She is so stunning! Her amazing head of hair and thick, long eyelashes are all to die for! I could have snuggled her for days!! She’s such a gem, and it was my absolute pleasure to welcome her into my Raleigh newborn photo studio when she was 15 days old.

I did Aashi’s Raleigh Durham baby photo session around Christmas time in 2019 (I’m a wee bit behind on blogging!). So you’ll see below some of the Christmas-themed photos I took during her newborn photography session in December. Aashi’s mommy wanted lots of pink, but also some Christmas-themed shots for their holiday cards. Since the weather in Raleigh is getting a little cooler now, maybe these photos will get us in the Christmas spirit! 🙂
