As an experienced Raleigh newborn photographer, I’ve specialized in photographing and posing newborn babies for more than 17 years. My comfortable newborn photography studio in Wake Forest, NC is designed specifically for these sessions, with everything needed to create a beautiful and relaxed experience for both baby and parents.

From carefully posed portraits of your newborn to images with parents and siblings, every session is thoughtfully styled around your baby and your family. And with an extensive collection of wraps, blankets, baskets, props, hats and headbands available in the studio, you don’t need to bring a thing.

Making Your Most Precious Days Last Forever

Melissa Devoe Photography specializes in timeless newborn photography for families throughout Raleigh, Wake Forest, Durham, Chapel Hill, and the surrounding Triangle area.

With more than 17 years of experience photographing newborns, I put care into every tiny detail—from safely posing your baby to choosing the perfect wraps, props, and accessories. My goal is to give you a relaxed, stress-free experience while creating beautiful newborn portraits your family will treasure for generations.

Ready to Get Started?

The best time to reserve your newborn session is during pregnancy, ideally several months before your due date. I’ll reserve your due date on my calendar, and once your baby arrives, we’ll choose the actual session date (since due dates can be unpredicatable). Newborn sessions are typically photographed during baby’s first few weeks, when they’re still extra sleepy and naturally curl into those sweet newborn poses.
