The beautiful Carrie is expecting twin boys — on Christmas!  What a blessing!  I’ve known Carrie and Neil for years and I was beyond thrilled to take maternity portraits for them.  I had so many favorites from their session that it was hard to choose which ones to post.  I can’t wait to meet their baby boys soon!

Holiday Mini Session Information | Raleigh Durham Family Photographer

Once a year I hold holiday mini-sessions that are just perfect for getting an updated family photo or for getting your holiday card photos done.  This year I’m holding these sessions on two dates – Saturday, October 29th in Raleigh, and Saturday, November 12th in Wake Forest.  Both locations are favorites among my clients.

This year two package options are available.  Both offer high resolution digital files at a SIGNIFICANT savings.  The higher package provides you with custom designed holiday cards.  I have a huge selection of adorable cards – all are high end, 5×7 double sided cards.  You won’t be disappointed!

Olivia | Raleigh Durham Newborn Photographer

Meet sweet little Olivia.  She was 19 days old on the day of her session and a complete angel.  She’s gorgeous… and funny!  She kept me and her parents laughing (inside joke!).  I adore her photos and I was so extremely honored to meet this little princess!

Dylan’s 4th Birthday | Raleigh Durham Child Photographer

Today is my son’s fourth birthday.  He’s my oldest and he means the world to me!  I can’t believe four years ago today he came into my life and made me a mother.  My most important job title.  He is seriously the coolest, funniest, smartest, cutest little guy.  I don’t know what I’d ever do without him.  And because I’m such a proud Mommy, I just have to share some recent pics of him!

My Cuties | Raleigh Durham Child Photographer

For those who haven’t met my own children, here they are!  Dylan will be turning four next month and Chase is about one and a half.  They’re my whole world!  As you’d imagine, I like to take them out for their own photo sessions now and then to keep my pictures up to date and to someday fill lots and lots of albums with photos for them.  About a week ago I found the most amazing location with beautiful yellow flowers blooming… couldn’t pass up the opportunity to take pictures there!  We even brought our dog Rex along!

Roxy | Raleigh Family Photographer

I recently had the pleasure of photographing my friend Morgan, her husband Mike, and their dog — the famous Roxy!  Morgan had really been wanting some new photos of the three of them, so she brought them along to my recent photogra-friend meetup and we got it done for her!  Roxy was very well behaved, like always, and gave us her many expressions.  She was the perfect little model!  Thanks Roxy!!  🙂  Here are a few of their photos…

 

Ashley & Emma

I was delighted to photograph beautiful little Ashley and Emma last weekend with their parents.  They’re close friends of mine and they were nice enough to come out to Durham and model for me and a few of my fellow photographer friends when we held one of our meet-ups.  We got a bunch of great pics — and their adorable selves and cute personalities made that easy for us!  Check out Ashley’s braids and headband… is she stylish or what?  Thanks “G” family for coming out and looking so cute!!  🙂

 

 

Nicole & Justin | Raleigh Durham Wedding Photographer

 

Nicole and Justin were married in downtown Durham on a beautiful sunny day.  They had a fabulous church ceremony and their reception was held at the American Tobacco Campus.  We had a blast roaming the streets of downtown Durham after the ceremony and got a TON of great shots with the most unique backdrops.  It was a fun wedding and I was so honored to be there!!
