I’m a little behind in sharing, but I took my own handsome guy’s 9-month photos last weekend. He’s going to be 10 months really soon, so I’m about to be late on those too… hehe. I took him out alone on a weekend that my husband and older kids were out of town on a camping trip. I’d been waiting for the perfect opportunity to try out a really cool new spot I’d found that I knew would be great for photos. So I packed Clarkson and a few props up, and we headed out. My expectations were low, especially since I’m used to having my husband acting silly behind me to help get Clarkson to smile. But wow, did Clarkson surprise me! He was full of smiles. He sat perfect still exactly where I wanted him to. And he only tried to eat the grass once. Score!! 🙂 I think he was really confused about what was going on and where he was. But hey, it worked! I spent a whole 15 minutes taking his picture and it was easy peasy. I got a lot of cute ones, but my favorite is definitely the first one with his cute little baby tongue poking out. I was so excited I captured that! These are definitely among some of my favorite photos that I’ve taken so far of him. The location was awesome, weather was gorgeous, light at sunset was perfect, and of course my handsome little baby boy was just amazing! I kinda love these. A lot. 🙂
