2011 Year In Review | Raleigh Durham Newborn and Maternity Photographer

Wow, what an amazing year 2011 was for me! I met so many amazing people and had a blast photographing everything from marriages to babies to kids and families. I sincerely thank each and every one of you who touched my life this year and helped me to grow my business. I’m excited for all the possibilities that 2012 has to offer, and I hope to see a lot of familiar faces.

Carrie | Raleigh Durham Maternity Photographer

The beautiful Carrie is expecting twin boys — on Christmas! What a blessing! I’ve known Carrie and Neil for years and I was beyond thrilled to take maternity portraits for them. I had so many favorites from their session that it was hard to choose which ones to post. I can’t wait to meet their baby boys soon!

Lindsay’s Maternity Session | Raleigh Durham Maternity Photographer

You’re probably all getting used to seeing Lindsay on my blog a LOT. I always love it when she calls me and asks me to take photos for her and her family. She’s 33 weeks pregnant with her second baby boy, and she is looking AMAZING! I’m sure every woman reading this is wishing they could look like this during their third trimester!

For Lindsay’s session, we opted to start with some indoor shots before heading outside to an amazing location. I really have a hard time deciding which I like best – the indoor or the outdoor shots. You be the judge!

For expectant Moms reading this – please check out my Anticipation and Arrival package. It consists of a maternity and newborn session, and a set of custom designed birth announcements. It’s perfect for documenting this special time in your life and the newness of your brand new baby. You won’t regret it! I REALLY wish I had more pictures during my own pregnancies – it goes by too fast!

Waiting Patiently | Raleigh Maternity Photographer

Meet Lindsay. She’s very near and dear to my heart. Some even say she looks like me. 🙂

Lindsay is expecting baby number two and we got together to surprise her hubby with some photos for Father’s Day. Don’t worry, chances are slim to none he will see my blog before then! I think it’s an amazing and unforgettable Father’s Day gift. I think we captured some beautiful images – Lindsay is just glowing and gorgeous. Expect to see adorable newborn baby photos all over the blog this fall, I can’t wait!

This little cutie is gonna be a fabulous big brother!!

Jessica’s Maternity Portraits | Durham Maternity Photographer

Jessica and Andy will soon become parents for the first time… what an exciting time in their lives! They’re on my “Mommy & Me” plan, which means I’ll be meeting their baby soon after she arrives, I can’t wait! Jessica is absolutely glowing — pregnancy really suits her.
