**I just wanted to start out with a scheduling note — I have one session left to shoot before my maternity leave starts. I’ll be out for a few months with my new little one (can’t wait!). I’m currently accepting sessions for October 2014 and later. If you’re expecting this fall, please contact me soon, as I’ll be coming back to a lighter schedule than normal so I can spend a little extra time with my new baby. I already have several October bookings, so I only have a small amount of space left. November and December will likely book up fast too, so please contact me soon! This sweet little boy was one of my favorite newborn sessions this past spring. This is baby Christopher at 12 days old! He had the most perfect skin and hair, and was so sleepy and perfect for me! He made my job easy! Here are a few of my favorite photos from his session!

Landis | RALEIGH BABY PHOTOGRAPHY

I was delighted to see Landis for her 6-month baby session back in April. She has changed SO much since her newborn session! She was just learning to sit up this time, and doing a really good job at it. They came into the studio for this session to avoid the bad weather we had that day. And I love her photos – especially her cute Easter dress. She is adorable, and I loved catching up with her Mommy too! Such a sweet family!

Jackson | RALEIGH DURHAM BABY PHOTOGRAPHY

I got to hang out with little man Jackson for his one-year photo session. I was delighted to see him and his family again after last seeing them for his Mommy’s maternity photos and Jackson’s newborn photos. I can’t believe he’s a toddling little one-year-old now! He’s changed so much! And check out his little outfit – it actually belonged to his Daddy way back when Daddy was his size. 🙂

Baby Riley | RALEIGH DURHAM NEWBORN BABY PHOTOGRAPHER

Lucky me — two baby girls in the studio in a row! I loved it! Little Riley came in at three weeks old for her session and she was AMAZING – beautiful, tiny, sleepy, and perfect. It was one of those sessions where I loved every single picture I took. But you can probably tell that by the large over-share below. 🙂 How precious is she!?!

And I’m excited to report that June is my last month of shooting before my maternity leave starts. I’m 34 weeks pregnant right now, and will be finishing up shooting in the next 2ish weeks (if my scheduled babies come on time!), and then I’ll spend the rest of June finishing all of my editing, fulfilling orders, etc. etc. Then my family and I will be welcoming baby boy number 3 in early July. We’re ecstatic. The days seem to be flying by, yet going so slow all at the same time — all you mommies know how that is! 🙂 I’ll be returning from maternity leave in October with a limited work schedule, so if you’re pregnant and due in the fall, be sure to book soon before space is gone.

Baby Harper | RALEIGH NEWBORN BABY PHOTOGRAPHER

This winter and spring I’ve had SO many newborn boys in the studio, so it makes me so super excited to pull out all the girly props when I get a baby girl! This sweet little baby girl is Harper. She was so cute in all the pinks, and especially in a cute little baby skirt I’d just purchased for her session. Also, you’ll notice my new curved bench in one of the photos below — I have to brag on my talented husband who made that for me. He’s handy to have around! 🙂 Enjoy these photos of Harper — I sooooo loved having her come to be photographed!!!

Camisha’s Maternity Session | RALEIGH DURHAM NC MATERNITY PHOTOGRAPHER

I had such a great maternity session with Camisha back in March. She is absolutely gorgeous, and we had beautiful light and great weather for her session. She drove all the way from Fayetteville for her session, and I have to say it’s always an honor when families drive so far just so little old ME can take their photos! 🙂 Sadly, Daddy is deployed and couldn’t take part in our photos, but Camisha was able to share them with him shortly after our session! Their little boy was born just a few weeks after our maternity session, and I can’t wait to make my way through my blogging so I can share his adorable photos with you all!! 🙂

And here’s a fun one with my fish-eye lens! I love getting a couple of pictures each session with it.

Evelyn’s One-Year Session | RALEIGH DURHAM NC BABY PHOTOGRAPHER

Benjamin’s One Year Session | RALEIGH DURHAM NC BABY PHOTOGRAPHER

Little Benjamin has turned one!! He’s been a part of my Baby’s First Year package and I just can’t believe we’ve already hit his one year birthday. This year has flown by!! I’m going to miss seeing him every few months. Here’s a couple pics of sweet little Benjamin!

And Benjamin’s Mommy brought a cake for the end of the session. How cute is Benjamin chowing down on it? 🙂

This sweet little boy is baby Dylan — I photographed two newborns named Dylan within just a week of each other! And of course I have my own little boy named Dylan, so I’m partial to that name myself. 🙂 This Dylan was 12 days old for his session and was so perfect and sweet. I think my favorite shots of him were the ones on the blue flokati rug — just snug as a bug. Here’s a whole lot of cuteness!

BABY ZACH | RALEIGH DURHAM NC NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHER

Adorable little baby Zach came in at 3 weeks old for his newborn session. I had met his parents during their maternity session in January. I loooove when parents book my maternity/newborn package, so I get to meet them and get to know them before they come for their newborn session! I had fun seeing them again, and little Zach was just so sweet and laid back. Such a cutie!
